The Band Kevin Fox - Deuce Coupe Austin RockabillyKevin Fox

Fox, (Kevin Fox), was born in Angeles City, Luzon in 1981. At three months old,Fox was adopted by an American military family and left the Philippines shortly after. In 1988 he resided at Bergstrom Air Force base, which is now the Bergstrom International airport in Austin, TX. His first memories of music was hymns from church and recalls an absence of music in the household. His first instrument in school was the piano and at the age of 13 began playing guitar. “I remember listening to 50s and 60s oldies when working on my first car with my dad. It was a 1961 2door bubble top Impala” and “my mom loved Elvis.” In 2004 he decided to learn the double bass. “I’ve always like the sound of the upright ” mumbled Fox, and “It just feels right”. After discovering jazz and playing a variety of music in different bands, Fox realized his favorite was anything that rocks and swings. In 2010 Deuce Coupe fell into place. After a years worth of playing and songwriting ,Kevin Fox released the debut CD, “Hotrod Mama.” An album of original music and truthful lyrics. Fox has been a full-time musician for three years and counting.

Adam Berlin - Drummer, Deuce Coupe Austin TexaAdam Berlin

Adam Berlin was born in Detroit Michigan and started drumming in High School playing the blue collar motor city rock and roll beat in local bands. This lead to gigs with rockabilly legend Ronnie Dawson who introduced him to Austin. He has drummed for Herman the German, The Derailers, The Robert Kraft Quartet, 8 1/2 Souvenirs, and other Americana bands including Ruby Dee and the Snakehandlers ,The Octanes, and Chad Thomas and The Crazy Kings. He joined Deuce Coupe full time in September 2011.
